Aircraft Diverted to Bangor International Airport

Delta Flight 273, with 235 passengers and 13 crew members, enroute from Paris to Atlanta diverted to Bangor International Airport and arrived at 3:35 PM local time. Federal Air Marshals responded to a passenger causing a disturbance on board the aircraft. Out of an abundance of caution the flight was diverted to Bangor.

The aircraft landed safely and all passengers have been deplaned. The passenger who caused the disturbance is being interviewed by law enforcement. Delta is in the process of coordinating travel for the diverted passengers.
